Can’t find an answer? Email support@hellocirclo.com. Please don’t send your password or recovery phrase; we will never ask for them.

I forgot my password

On the log-in screen, choose to recover with your 24-word recovery phrase and set a new password. We can’t reset passwords: we never have them.

I lost my recovery phrase

If you can still sign in, your account is fine. Keep using it; a lost phrase only matters if you also forget your password. If you have neither, the account can’t be recovered.

How do I add someone?

Go to People → Invite someone and let them scan your QR code, or share the one-time link. Their request appears for you to accept, and you choose their circles.

Who can see my post?

Only the people in the circles you picked for it. The audience is shown under your name on your own posts; nobody else sees it.

I got a new phone

Install Circlo and log in with your handle and password. Your people, circles and posts come back; older chats stay on your old phone.

Someone is bothering me

Use the ⋯ menu on their post, profile or message to report and block them. They aren’t told. See our Terms of Use for what isn’t allowed.

I don’t get notifications

Check Settings → Notifications in Circlo. If they were turned off in the system prompt, the button there opens your phone’s settings to turn them back on.
